Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of www.fasterapps.com and any design and development services provided by CODEX FASTERAPPS LLP (“FasterApps”, “we”, “us”). The specifics of any engagement are set out in the written scope we send you; where that scope and these terms differ, the scope wins.
1. Services
We provide custom software design and development — including Next.js and full-stack builds, Shopify, Webflow, GoHighLevel, Chrome extensions, backends, and AI agents — on a fixed-scope project or monthly retainer basis, as agreed in writing.
2. Scope & quotes
Before work begins we send a written scope with a fixed quote, milestones, and a timeline. Quotes are free and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If the scope changes mid-build, we price the change and you approve it before we proceed.
3. Payment
Fixed-scope projects are billed against milestones; retainers are billed monthly in advance for an agreed capacity. Invoices are due within the terms stated on them. Work may pause on overdue accounts.
4. Intellectual property & handover
On full payment, ownership of the custom code and deliverables we build for you transfers to you, along with a clean handover and documentation. Pre-existing tools, libraries, and our general know-how remain ours and are licensed to you to the extent needed to use the work.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your information, credentials, and roadmap as confidential by default and will sign your NDA, or provide ours, on request. We won't show your build or name you publicly without your say-so.
6. Warranties & liability
We deliver work with reasonable skill and care and fix defects reported within the agreed support window. Beyond that, services are provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the work giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement with reasonable written notice. You pay for work completed and committed up to the end date; we hand over what's been built and paid for.
8. Governing law & contact
